How do I care for my pillow covers?
We recommend dry cleaning or spot cleaning.
Where are your pillow covers made?
We handcraft every pillow cover in our home studio in Southwest Missouri, USA.
When will my order ship?
Because each pillow cover is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
How does shipping work?
We currently ship within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, and qualifying domestic orders over $150 receive free standard shipping. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns that are requested, authorized, and placed in the mail within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Custom-sized items, pillow inserts, and final-sale items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
